Shipping Costs: Shipping costs vary by location as outlined in the shipping cost table at the bottom of this page and will be calculated for you at checkout.
Delivery Times: Our standard delivery time is approximately 2 weeks from the order confirmation for items that are not on a bespoke order but can vary depending upon supplier availability. We will contact you with a specific delivery date as soon as possible.
Shipping Method: We use our own fleet of delivery vehicles to ensure that your furniture arrives safely at your doorstep.
Order Processing Time: If items are not immediately available in our showroom, the typical availability from the date of order placement is 2-3 weeks. For bespoke items such as colour-choice upholstered items that are made to order, you will be given a specific lead time and an estimated delivery date upon order confirmation.
Tracking Information: As we use our own delivery fleet, we do not provide tracking information, but we ensure communication regarding the delivery schedule. If ordering online, you will be able to stay up to date with the progress of your delivery via SHOP.
International Shipping: We do not offer international shipping. We provide local delivery and store pickup options.
